Our Purpose
The George M. Curtis Mansion Foundation exists to support the ongoing preservation, restoration, and care of the George M. Curtis Mansion, one of Clinton’s treasured historic landmarks. We work to protect the architectural beauty, craftsmanship, and stories held within its walls while helping ensure the mansion remains an active, welcoming place for the community. Through fundraising, partnerships, volunteer support, and responsible stewardship, we help maintain the mansion for public tours, educational opportunities, and community gatherings. Our purpose is to keep this irreplaceable home standing strong, beautifully cared for, and accessible, so future generations can experience and learn from a meaningful piece of Clinton’s history.
